This contract is considered a binding to MonumentLettering.com for product to be paid in full. Work is subject to delay by strikes, weather or other causes beyond our control. There is no guarantee for any monumental work to be done at a specific date. All contracts are subject to a 15% increase after one year of purchase. If a personal check is returned for non payment there will be a $25 bounce check fee and a $10.00 service fee. There is a $50.00 non refundable charge to visit the cemetery to determine proper layout of monument, this fee is part of the above charges. Once stones are inscribed we at Monumentlettering.com hold no responsibility due to damage of product. We guarantee workmanship, accuracy of lettering. If no payments are made after 60 days of last payment (payment plan) Purchaser will forfeit all money deposited. You will have 2 weeks after stone has been completed to check if there are any errors or damages done on stone. We can not be held responsible after 2 weeks. Cancellations Purchaser has the right to cancel order up to 72 hours after order is made without the $50.00 service charge to visit the cemetery. Items are personalized, custom work and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check the spelling and dates provided on the order. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to ensure they can order this type of work for the gravesite. If permission is needed from the lot owner and the lot owner will not allow such work there will still be the $50.00 service fee for visiting the cemetery.
